Did well today. Busy day at my studio. So happy to have such a wonderful job with such great clients.
Water: 1 glass not 2. Hard to drink that much while driving in the car!
BK: 1/2 cantaloupe
Lunch: Big salad w/ 1 apple and pecans eaten with spoon...totally forgot a fork!
Dinner: 1/2 cup cooked brown rice w/ olive oil and salt, 2 pieces of cod grilled, 1 mango (oh heaven!), 1 small nectarine, and then chocolate. Wasn't craving the chocolate, but just wanted to eat it. Had a small amount and then put it away!
Not enough water today over all. No time between clients for drinking!

Day 25: Still want chocolate, but better.
Well I still wanted chocolate today so I ate it and then I was fine. *shrug* weight in had me up again. *sigh* But I do feel better so I'll deal with this after I am done. Hopefully my liver numbers will be better and then I can move onto the Syndrome X diet for a while. As far as I can tell it's just like this one, but with lower carbs and more chicken and eggs.
Nils announced that he wants to stay on this diet so that's good news! He doesn't think it's making his digestion any better. He's still really gasy and processes his food quickly out his bottom, but he's eating better. I hugged him and he's losing weight. He needs more calories the bastard! ;)

Lunch: Rice tortilla, end of babaganush, w/ tomatoe
Snack: 3 slices of whole wheat bread w/ almond butter and honey. I REALLY wanted the bread.
Dinner: Salad w/ grilled ahi tuna and 10 grilled shrimp. YUM!

Day 24: SUGAR!!!!!

I'm craving chocolate. Chocolate. Chocolate. Chocolate. I tried eating more fruit. I tried more nuts. I tried more fish. Nothing worked so I broke down and had the chocolate I made and viola! No more craving. Weird I know. Very strange. Hung out today and did next to nothing. Just enjoyed my day reading and watching movies. I don't get too many days like that so it was nice.
Water in the AM
BK: Apples & walnuts w/ honey and 1 carrot
Snack: Brown rice tortilla w/ babaganush and tomato
Lunch: Big salad w/ nectarine and pecans
snack: honey and almond butter on slice of bread
Dinner: large salad. Sushi I'm getting good at this! I blended the tuna and brown rice together in the vitamix. Then I added the hot sauce. It was a bit bland so next time either more hot sauce or I may try adding the wasabi into it. Mmm. Look how pretty!
Dessert: Strawberry watermelon sorbet w/ agave on top
Snack: Chocolate w/ raisins and almonds

Day 23: Carbs!!!
Far too many carbs today and the scale is a lbs up from last time I weighed in. *sigh* I feel smaller...well I feel good and this is about a clean liver not anything else. Just goes to show you that my body isn't a fan of the fruit...even if I am. MMMM!
I had a coconut water today because I had an intense workout. It was too sweet! I've drunk these many times before. They have no added sugar, but soooo sweet! I think my taste buds are changing.
So carbs and honey today. At least I had a really good workout. My fridge is acting up. It keeps freezing stuff and I don't know why. I am going to pull everything out of the freezer tomorrow. See is something is jamming it or something. Anyway, long story long. My lettuce froze! Aaaarg! I've had a few other veggies I've had to toss, but that lettuce was nice.
Water: Only one glass before workout and no lemon. No time!

Lunch: mushrooms, 1/2 potato, squash grilled in oil and salt in a pan. 2 slices of wheat bread w/ almond and honey spread.
Dinner: soba noodles w/ olive oil and salt, salad w/ carrots and balsamic dressing.
See a ton of wheat today. Also lots of nuts. I keep thinking the nut calories are what are giving me trouble but I can't cut them out since they are my major source of protein right now. More fish. More fish! Too bad fish is hard to make and eat on the run. Sushi. ;)

Day 22: Good Day
Had a good day today. I ate sushi...doesn't that always make for a good day? :) Water was drunk, chiropractor seen, clients worked on, friends seen. Yep a good day!
Water AM
BK: Juice veggie w/ beet, carrot, kale, nectarine
Lunch: BIG one today. Spicy tuna roll w/ brown rice AND a large salad w/ spicy tuna on top PLUS extra brown rice. I was hungry!!
Snack: fruit and nuts and slice of wheat bread w/ honey
Dinner: brown rice tortilla w/ tomato, avocado, and babaganush (repeat of last night soooo yummy!)
Overall probably more carbs then I should eat. I've been wanting more of them. Don't know what that means, but I will try to watch it. Tomorrow I workout w/ trainer and I always do a lot of weights. Maybe carbs are needed?!

Day 21: Forgot my Lunch but ate well
Met with one of my clients today who has just returned from a Living Foods and Detox 2 week getaway. She sent me recipes that look oh so delicious and are cleanse friendly. I plan on trying out a few. Mmmm can't wait!
Did well today. Water intake was good. Just had some chocolate because I just wanted it. No cravings or anything like that. Just wanted something chocolaty and crunchy.
Water & pills!
BK: Juice w/ squash, beet, cherry juice, broccoli, and 1 nectarine.
Lunch: Almonds. 3 handfulls. Can't believe I MADE lunch and FORGOT it!
Dinner: Big salad (the usual) that I made for lunch, 1 slice of bread w/ 1 tsp almond butter and 1 tsp honey, Brown rice tortilla w/ babaganush I found in my cabinet, 1/2 avocado, 3 slices tomato. It was yummy.
Dessert: frozen grapes and the chocolate. About 4 squares of it. Grapes...maybe 20.
Okay off to bed now!
