Day 23: Carbs!!!

Far too many carbs today and the scale is a lbs up from last time I weighed in. *sigh* I feel smaller...well I feel good and this is about a clean liver not anything else. Just goes to show you that my body isn't a fan of the fruit...even if I am. MMMM!

I had a coconut water today because I had an intense workout. It was too sweet! I've drunk these many times before. They have no added sugar, but soooo sweet! I think my taste buds are changing.

So carbs and honey today. At least I had a really good workout. My fridge is acting up. It keeps freezing stuff and I don't know why. I am going to pull everything out of the freezer tomorrow. See is something is jamming it or something. Anyway, long story long. My lettuce froze! Aaaarg! I've had a few other veggies I've had to toss, but that lettuce was nice.

Water: Only one glass before workout and no lemon. No time!
BK: Apple, nectarine, lots of pecans, honey
Lunch: mushrooms, 1/2 potato, squash grilled in oil and salt in a pan. 2 slices of wheat bread w/ almond and honey spread.
Dinner: soba noodles w/ olive oil and salt, salad w/ carrots and balsamic dressing.

See a ton of wheat today. Also lots of nuts. I keep thinking the nut calories are what are giving me trouble but I can't cut them out since they are my major source of protein right now. More fish. More fish! Too bad fish is hard to make and eat on the run. Sushi. ;)
