
I'm craving chocolate. Chocolate. Chocolate. Chocolate. I tried eating more fruit. I tried more nuts. I tried more fish. Nothing worked so I broke down and had the chocolate I made and viola! No more craving. Weird I know. Very strange. Hung out today and did next to nothing. Just enjoyed my day reading and watching movies. I don't get too many days like that so it was nice.
Water in the AM
BK: Apples & walnuts w/ honey and 1 carrot
Snack: Brown rice tortilla w/ babaganush and tomato
Lunch: Big salad w/ nectarine and pecans
snack: honey and almond butter on slice of bread
Dinner: large salad. Sushi I'm getting good at this! I blended the tuna and brown rice together in the vitamix. Then I added the hot sauce. It was a bit bland so next time either more hot sauce or I may try adding the wasabi into it. Mmm. Look how pretty!
Dessert: Strawberry watermelon sorbet w/ agave on top
Snack: Chocolate w/ raisins and almonds
