I had a skin care class in Long Beach today. Boring. When did classes like this get boring? I really wanted to hear about the new products, but I was working, so I could only stay for first part of class...the boring part that I know inside and out already.
But I was good w/ my meals!
Water: no lemon but I drank a bunch while driving
BK: Large salad w/ apples etc
Lunch: 2 potatoes fried in oil w/ Ketchup. Yep they were good and worth it!
Dinner: leftover pasta (more veggies than soba) 2 chicken lime patties from TJ w/ ketchup.
Dessert: Strawberries w/ failed agave sweetened chocolate from 3 nights ago.

Day 42: Wonky Schedule
Sometimes my expected schedule changes and then it throws off my eating. Take for example today. I didn't pack a lunch because I was supposed to be done at 1pm. BUT I had a last minute schedule for 4pm so I hung out in my office and waited. This is why I have to buy lunch sometimes! But today I wasn't too hungry so I just toughed it out.
Water : missed it!
BK: 1 pear
Lunch: missed it!
Snack: Almonds and 3 grape leaves I found in my mini fridge.
Dinner: Soba noodles (lots) w/ a TON of veggies I made in a marinara sauce. Mmm!
Dessert: walnuts honey and an apple
