Met with one of my clients today who has just returned from a Living Foods and Detox 2 week getaway. She sent me recipes that look oh so delicious and are cleanse friendly. I plan on trying out a few. Mmmm can't wait!
Did well today. Water intake was good. Just had some chocolate because I just wanted it. No cravings or anything like that. Just wanted something chocolaty and crunchy.
Water & pills!
BK: Juice w/ squash, beet, cherry juice, broccoli, and 1 nectarine.
Lunch: Almonds. 3 handfulls. Can't believe I MADE lunch and FORGOT it!
Dinner: Big salad (the usual) that I made for lunch, 1 slice of bread w/ 1 tsp almond butter and 1 tsp honey, Brown rice tortilla w/ babaganush I found in my cabinet, 1/2 avocado, 3 slices tomato. It was yummy.
Dessert: frozen grapes and the chocolate. About 4 squares of it. Grapes...maybe 20.
Okay off to bed now!
