Had a good day today. I ate sushi...doesn't that always make for a good day? :) Water was drunk, chiropractor seen, clients worked on, friends seen. Yep a good day!
Water AM
BK: Juice veggie w/ beet, carrot, kale, nectarine
Lunch: BIG one today. Spicy tuna roll w/ brown rice AND a large salad w/ spicy tuna on top PLUS extra brown rice. I was hungry!!
Snack: fruit and nuts and slice of wheat bread w/ honey
Dinner: brown rice tortilla w/ tomato, avocado, and babaganush (repeat of last night soooo yummy!)
Overall probably more carbs then I should eat. I've been wanting more of them. Don't know what that means, but I will try to watch it. Tomorrow I workout w/ trainer and I always do a lot of weights. Maybe carbs are needed?!
